Man cannot live by shred alone, or was that bread? Because after my first workout I need me some bread! This workout is not a joke and not for the faint of heart or muscle, well technically your heart is a muscle, but let's not get carried away with technicalities. Bottom line.....it's hard! Oh, they are only 20 minute workouts, but they will rock your bod. I thought, "

Michaels woman is serious and she doesn't play games. She doesn't even give you one minute of down time, she says, "Don't rest..keep going." So, I did. I kept going, and now I feel like my arms and legs aren't even connected to my body.

So, this is it! Day ONE of the 30 Day Shred, and by the way, it came in the mail today. Aren't you oh so proud of me? I didn't even procrastinate one little bit.
I'm on my way to a "shredded" body!
